Sometimes life feels like a lot to carry. It may be a time of transition, a time of discovery, a time of exploring your identity, or just everyday life weighing you down. I aim to create a space to help you create meaning out of the heaviness and explore how to lessen the burden of daily life. Ultimately, you are the expert in your own story and sometimes you need someone to help sort out the details to create a more empowered understanding of your resilience. I deeply enjoy working with clients to explore patterns of their generational and past traumas and work with them on ways to break the cycle. I take an eclectic approach to working with clients in order to help them individually reach their goals, feel validated, and fee supported.

As a therapist, I feel uniquely honored to hold space for your vulnerability and aim to create a safe place for every one of my clients where they can share their unique stories freely without judgement. I graduated with my M.A. in Marriage and Family therapy from Northcentral University in 2021. I take a systems-focused view witin my preactice and firmly believe that all individuals are connected. We all impact each other and our stories are all intertwined.

In 2021 I co-founded PRISM: A LGBTQIA+ Support Group for Teens in the Tri-Cities and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQUA+ population in our area.
