With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I provide mindful, individualized care to adults navigating a wide range of life’s challenges. My work focuses on supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, life stressors, infertility, postpartum challenges, parenting, midlife transitions, retirement, and caregiving responsibilities.
I work from an eclectic, client-centered lens, individualizing every approach and each session to meet you exactly where you are. I believe every person brings inherent strengths, resilience, and a capacity for healing, even in the midst of difficulty. Together, we will explore your current experiences while gently identifying where you would like to grow and move forward.
My role is not to direct your path, but to walk alongside you-offering insight, support, and a steady presence-as you work toward bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.
